There is always room for improvement. I have a disability and had to go upstairs to try out a certain mattress. The bed we purchased was on the ground floor. The staff we very helpful.

Overall very good service but towards the end of the sale I felt very rushed and wasn't given the opportunity to read the forms through thoroughly.

Assistant quoted special offer on product then could not put offer thro the till. Price had changed on system resulting in paying higher price than originally quoted.

I have no issue with the Dreams outlet, the prodcuts on display or the helpful staff. I waited three weeks for the delivery, which could have been better. I was most disappointed to find that the headboard was faulty and when reporting this to customer services I have to wait a further two weeks for a replacement. Meantime I am sleeping in my new bed without a headboard. Do you have quality assurance in your factory ? This headboard should never have been put into stock. What a shame. A good friendly in store experience spoiled by poor manufacturing standards

I never give 10/10, there is always room for improvement! One specific comment, there were too many displays for the floor space available, need to leave more room between displays. Also it is TOTALLY unnecessary to have (so-called) music in stores. This is particularly relevant to me as a hearing impaired person. The only people who benefit are the Muzak salesman and your buyer who gets a good lunch from him! See pipedown.org.uk
