The price was a little high and the finance took a long time to sort out, but overall it was a good experience and I think we've got a good product out of it. Salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy.

I saw the product on line and went to the store to check if I t was comfortable. But no sample there. Just found that silly as it is a large product to return if I am unhappy with it

Would liKe. To have the mattress we have ,collected at the same time of delivery ,free of charge

The product has not net been delivered, so I am only commenting on the in-store experience. And I dont do highly satisfied for a simple shopping trip!

i was very dissatisfied with the way the item were advertised ....from first appearance it looks like you are getting the complete item ..when in fact you are not getting the headboard ...this is not shown ...only the salesman tells you this after you have said ..i will have that one ....this is very poor practise and ruined the whole experience for me

Looking for a particular deal that has stopped so bought less items, slightly dissapointed we didn't get what we wanted, suggest an end date for promotions be displayed with the offer.

I don't think it went above and beyond. The staff were friendly but not overly efficient. All the information wasn't available on one computer so we had to switch and then other customers were kept waiting as my order seemed to be half on one and half on the other

I wanted to purchase 2 double beds and 3 mattresses and was asking about possible discounts for buying multiple items. the person dealing with me seemed to have little authority to answer and questions and there wasn't anyone else available. Consequently, I purchase my main bed costing over £1K from the store next door but Dreams could have had all my business with a little more responsiveness..
