I was very satisfied with my visit. Aimee the assistant was really friendly and understood my needs really well. She quickly showed me a few relevant mattresses and was informative in helping me choose which would be the best. She was great.

The bed linen had a 50% discount but it wasn't clear that this only applied with an order of a bed etc. So thought this was misleading.

we were satisfied with our visit, the only thing we were not satisfied with was the delivery charge which was £39 and if we had ordered on line it would have been free delivery, all belonging to the same company.

Your assistant needed to check the price of an item that we were interested in, but this was not a problem, and it was good that he checked before committing himself.
