Dreams - Leamington Spa

1. SOLD THE WRONG BEDSET. LUCKILY A SIMLAR ONE WAS AVAILABLE 2. TRANSACTION TOOK 3 HRS. NOT ENTIRELY THE FAULT OF DREAMS 3. WERE SOLD ORTHAPEDIC PILLOWS BUT WERE SOLD THE WRONG ONES 4. THE 'RIGHT' ONES WERE SO FIRM THEY KEPT US AWAKE THE WHOLE NIGHT

I wasn't satisfied with information given I didn't realise you couldn't turn mattress over also wasn't informed I could have credit. The bed was delivered on Thursday 29th and it feels entirely different to the one I tried in shop so hard not happy also wasn't told about having to pay for delivery if you exchange mattress

Having spent a very long time in the store trying to decide which mattress to get when we finally decided we had to place the order . It took quite a while to load the information onto the computer to then only be timed out and we had to start again!! In addition to this we were given the two pillows that came with the mattress to take away with us , on having used them for the first night, both me and my wife realised that they were very uncomfortable. I contacted the store the following morning to exchange and was told that would not be possible but yet we were told we could return the mattress after 100 days if we were not happy with it , I naively assumed the same principle would have applied to the pillows , very disappointed!!

Staff member was engaging helpful without being patronising

We called 24 hrs after to cancel the order as the delivery date was 3 weeks away we had a think and that was to Long to wait, we were told we can cancel for a 240 pound charge which is ridiculous it's not like the order had even been started, this will be the last time we order from dreams, I ordered a mattress at next couple of months back and they let me cancel with no argument so much better customer services then dreams.

I was highly satisfied with my experience and thought I had said so!?

The person running the store had no knowledge about the product and how it works. Had to work out myself and show it to then. What a shame.. Manager was least intrested in showing the product demo. Take it or leave it attitude. Was also planning to buy 2 king mattresses for which the sales person seem to be knowledable. But becasue of bitter store experience and managers disintreset in selling and delivering the product ended up order mattrsses from Benson for beds next door. Delivery was a nightmare as i reached 5 minutes late as was stuck in traffic and was comjng from office. The delivery guys were disrespectful , inconsiderate and ill mannered. Also did not deliver the product to the bedroom as I was 5 minutes late. Took £50 as delivery charge. Bunch of Cowboys.. The delivered Product was not packed at alland Led TV was wrapped in polybag and taped.. Bunch of unprofessionsal people..Dreams !!!what a shame !!!

The lady at leamington spa branch was very polite and helpful
