The store manager was extremely personable and communicated clearly how to ensure we purchased the correct mattress. He gave me time to try and several mattresses and retry as many times as needed. I used the sleep match machine to help with decisions Water was offered

I visited the Leamington branch of Dreams and was greeted by David. From the off he was absolutely spot on. I didn’t know what I was looking for so he started me off on the configuration bed to determine what sort of mattress I needed. After that I was shown a number of mattress; which I tested. It came down to two and with Davids overview of both, it was a quick decision. The final transaction was completed quickly; overall time in the store was well under half an hour which was great for me

Terry was friendly and helpful and the sleep analyser was very helpful in narrowing down some choices. We felt we had the space to choose and experience the mattresses as well as supported in what the difference between them were and what made the mattress right for us.
