Friendly welcome upon entering the store. Pleasant enquiry on what we were looking for. Not pushy to sell a more expensive mattress than we were looking for. Speedy pleasant service to complete the order.

The staff member who came to our assistance was extremely pleasant, exceptionally helpful and very patient during our quite long visit.

Terry was brilliant and very helpful. Not too pushy or pressuring over us buying. He gave us the space we wanted and needed to discuss the purchase and also intuitively knew when we had questions. We were offered water, and sit downs and offered advice as well.

Colleague was nice and friendly and helpful and listened to what I needed and didn’t try sell me something way above my price range

We went to the Leamington Spa store to buy a bed for my 20 year old son. We were just having a browse and had no idea what we were looking for. David approached us and couldn’t have been more helpful. I was most impressed by the mattress selector machine voiced by Joanna Page. This helped David to narrow down the choices and my son found a mattress and bed frame he really loved. While we were paying, a very anxious lady came in and was concerned about her order. Between David and his colleague they were able to resolve her issue and she left feeling much better. Outstanding customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
