They utilised the sleep master to find our ideal mattress, we were given pillows with protective paper for our visit, the staff were constantly cleaning down where customers had been. The Information was accurate and informative

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and our needs established. The person that served us was not in the least bit pushy (which is why we bought) gave us the space and time to make our decision. We actually also went to bensons next door to look at the selection but there was no comparison with service. The chap that served us even brought our sons hat into bensons for us as we left it in the store. Great service.

John, the store manager who served us, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knew the systems very well and managed to satisfy our needs. He is a credit to your company.

Mike greeted us as we walked into the shop and was extremely helpful from start to finish. He asked what we were looking for and when he realised it was for my 18 year old son he focused his attention on him. This was lovely to see and made my son feel as though he was VIP! He took him through the different mattresses, encouraged him to try them all and got him to lay on the mattress machine (can't remember the name of it!).

David was my Customer Service advisor. He was polite, knowledgeable and made you feel very at ease. I did not feel rushed and he explained every bed I tested in detail.

John the salesman was really informative and knowledgeable. I explained what I required for my daughters and he came up with a bed suggestion which was very cost effective, good quality and modern. My daughters were also both impressed with his choice and I placed the order that same day.

Mike attended to me and was very nice. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with the treatment I was given. Looking forward to receiving the bed on thur and Mike has offered to help me the day before. Thank you Mike 👍
