Terry, the store colleague who assisted us was very welcoming and easy to talk with. He was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in guiding us to the correct mattress for us.

Terry was brilliant. He had fantastic product knowledge and he didn’t use any pressure sales techniques. He provided just the right level of support and advice 👍🏻

I was very satisfied with the assistant Terry, he was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. I thought the providing of the separate pillow and also the protector was excellent, not to be found elsewhere. Upon entering the store it was apparent straight away how COVID measures had been taken and we felt extremely safe. We were offered bottled water if we required it. The colleague Terry greeted us and was with us throughout our visit. he was extremely knowledgeable and patient, but not 'pushy' in any way. We hadn't intended to purchase, but were so satisfied with the service we received that we decided that we need not look elsewhere. While paying for our products, Terry talked about the mattress guarantee that was available, but again there was no pressure. We would like to say that he is a credit to your Company and it would be good to see more people like him in retail. There was also another colleague in attendance, who again was friendly and chatty, but sorry not to have caught his name. Well done Dreams.

We went to the leamington store and saw Mike. He was very knowledgeable on the products, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Even managed to entertain our two year old during the process.

The assistant was very helpful and patient, I am disabled so have trouble moving about and getting on and off the mattresses we had an assessment done to see mattress would suit us best
