Overall perfect service, thought choosing a bed was going to be a chore but it wasn’t David was incredibly helpful as were the others in the store. Could not recommend enough

We visited the Leamington store and David assisted me. We did the sleep match test and then David showed us all of the suitable types of mattress in varying price brackets. He was friendly and very helpful. I visited a different store later that day and there was a marked difference in the friendliness and knowledge of the staff there and this encouraged me to return to Dreams Leamington later that day to place my order.

I find buying mattresses stressful due to expense and amount of choice. Colleagues at the store made it a much better experience than me guessing

Knowledgeable staff, choice of mattresses to try. I particularly liked the Dreams Bed, which analysed my needs and gave me a print out of suitable mattresses. Clean store, with hand sanitizer at entrance and at point of sale, screen guard etc. Helpful staff, not pushy, friendly.

From the moment I entered the store was asked if I needed I was browsing first so left alone to look. I then asked if I was ok, and said I liked a frame upstairs , but info said it was only in white. The assistant was very helpful and shoed me that it was available ingrey which I was lokking for. I was told the price and then did the survey. I then tested all the mattresses that were recommended, not rushed and made my decision. It did not take long at all to order and pay. I didn't want the delivery until a month later and was told that would not be a problem, but if I changed my mind it could be amended. I was also informed of the 40night trial and could return if not satisfied. All in all it was apleasurable experience. Thankyou

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff

We were greeted immediately when we entered the store. David, who helped us, was knowledgable, professional and friendly. We felt that we could take as much time as we wished over choosing our mattress and at no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase, though we did buy one, plus pillows. .

David who assisted us, listened and advised accordingly, he didn't push a particular product and was easy to chat to. At time of arranging delivery gave us options to fit in with our commitments as well.
