Member of staff really took the time to ensure I left with the right mattress even though he knew it wouldn't be a huge sale. Couple of previous answers had no N/A available, nothing at all wrong with any aspect of my purchase!

David who assisted us, listened and advised accordingly, he didn't push a particular product and was easy to chat to. At time of arranging delivery gave us options to fit in with our commitments as well.

It was great to use the sleep match technology; so that the right mattress was personalised to our requirements. Mike the shop assistant was great at providing the right options for us and was professional, informative, friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Mike at Dreams Leamington Branch was great. Knowledgeable, didn’t pressure. We were really appreciative as we came in a few minutes before close on a bank holiday which I’m sure they didn’t appreciate ! But he still spent the time to see what we needed and how he could help and it’s resulted in the first purchase of new furniture for our first house.

Terry who assisted us was knowledgeable and helpful, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making our choices. We felt the shop was very COVID aware and we were made to feel valued as customers.

I had a very good experience in my local Dreams store (Leamington Spa) The staff in the store were highly attentive even though it was quite busy at the time myself and my partner went in. Mike in particular was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know for us to make the correct choice for our new mattress.

Walked in a walked around at leisure without being pestered by sales members. They asked if we needed any help which we did need advice on mattresses and they advised us in which ones to look at best in specific needs. Given us a pillow to use so we can test the bed properly. When looking for a bed frame an assistant came over and shown us the different styles of ottoman beds. Sale person was extremely friendly. Amazing with the Covid guideline as they sanitised the chairs before we sat down to place the order, screen in between the staff and us. Original delivery day was a weekday as they were going to charge for weekend delivery and then when submitting order the weekend delivery became free which was absolutely fantastic! Overall I am extremely pleased with the visit I had and the members of staff.

David the store assistant could not have done more to help us. He spent considerable amount of time with us and went out of his way to assist. His knowledge was fantastic. Thank you David. (Leamington Spa Branch)

The salesman gave us time before coming over & once he joined us we had his full attention
