Staff helpful and knowledgable

I have bought three mattresses and 1 complete set of bedroom furniture from Dreams and the Leamington Spa Branch. I find the customer service exceptional and I know I can buy what I ordered slightly cheaper at the shop next store but it is about customer service and being made to feel like your somewhat small order is very important to the company. The staff constantly sanitised and kept social distancing which made me feel very safe and I am sure all customers into the shop the same. I love the Dreams brand intact I worked at Castle Bromwich where Dreams held their conference, everyone was just as nice there as in their shops, your staff are a credit to you - well done Dreams for yet again top customer service.

I had researched the divan base I wanted and was very pleased to be able to see it at the store. It confirmed that it was definitely the one I wanted and so I ordered it with a headboard and paid a deposit. The sales assistant was very helpful and completed the transaction so I was able to leave the store promptly.

From walking through the door, a thoroughly professional approach

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Mike and he was really knowledgeable on the products. He was able to get us exactly what we wanted for our budget without being pushy. We went to the Bensons shop next door to compare quotes before deciding and no one greeted us, we asked to see the TV beds and they pointed vaguely to the back of the store so we had a quick look at the prices and went straight back to Dreams where the staff were actually helpful!
