I especially valued the friendliness and professionalism presented by the gentleman who was serving me on 11th December around 3 pm in your Leamington Store. His helpful and positive attitude really made my day. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he definitely deserves the recognition. Dr M Antrobus

Our advisor David (at the Leamington Spa branch) was extremely welcoming and attentive. His product knowledge was superb and he was able to guide us through the range of suitable mattresses explaining the differences and advantages to each of them. Once we had decided - and it was a clear choice for us - he was extremely supportive when it came to placing the order and trying to obtain an earlier delivery date. At the moment, we're waiting to see if we may be able to receive it sooner. But whether we do or don't, David's service and care for us in the shop was outstanding. It is an absolute pleasure to have this opportunity to give positive feedback about his service.

Given lots of choices after being tested for which mattress would suit me best. Most were out of my price range but did in the end find something in the clearance section which suited me fine. Professional staff made the process easy,
