Lovely friendly store staff warm welcome, advice and encouragement to test the bed in store providing a wrapped pillow when needed, advice on promotion and discussion on out need for delivery offer of I insurance and mattress take away options. Both sales assistants were friendly interested and although close to close time offered a drink while we shopped n rushed or pressure sales!
