When we first arrived, we did not feel pressured by a sales assistant instead we were met with a friendly ‘hello’ and offer of help. David, customer assistant, was extremely polite and helpful when we started to ask questions. He made us feel comfortable helping us to understand what products would be best for us as well as being polite and patient as we decided. It was a pleasure shopping at Dreams, David making it a joyful experience.

Very Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff.

Staff were extremely helpful. We dealt with about 3 members of staff over 2 visits and all were just fab. Very knowledgable and clearly hold a lot of product knowledge. Along with this they were very friendly and COVID conscious!
