Customer service was first class,Rosemary was very knowledgeable and very helpful in all products . Initial greeting into the store was first class ,we were allowed to walk around the store without feeling hassled but when we needed advice she was very helpful indeed. Would certainly recommend family and friends to use this store

Rosie at the Leamington Store was absolutely amazing! She greeted us very politely and offered us refreshments. We were shopping for a mattress and so she offered us to use the sleepmatch which was very helpful. When trying the mattresses she recommended, she provided us with excellent pillows that she picked out based on how we sleep. Overall we were delighted with Rosie and the store.

We went in unsure about buying a soft or medium mattress and were put on the ‘firmness’ bed (can’t remember it’s name) which told us we needed medium. The assistant showed us 4 and didn’t rush us which was great. We chose half soft, half medium- didn’t know there was such a thing! Great service and expertise.
