John was very helpful and understanding of our needs, he gave us the full experience including the sleep match which was massively beneficial in choosing our perfect mattress. We tried several different mattresses that could have been correct for us with johns help which hugely aided our decision. We were also offered complimentary bottled water and explained all of our options in great detail which lead us to buying our dream bed.
