Were seen as soon as we arrived, very helpful staff. happy with measure relating to covid. Very happy with the wait time for our bed frame and mattress only being 6 days, this was the main reason for my rating.

On the day of the purchase we were happy with the deals and service provided by David, his customer service was excellent and made us feel at ease. Compared to the day before the purchase we were served by a very rude worker called Terry, he was very impatient with us as we couldn't decide and advised us that we should look else where if we weren't happy and that we were wasting time as he had other customers to see to. We were very annoyed with his comments and chose to leave the store.
