It was nice to be treated with respect and not be over-faced with pushy Sales staff, as is the norm in a lot of similar shops. The staff are mature and polite, they gave us our own 'space' and were only too happy for us to try as many beds as we liked. Admittedly, we had already narrowed down our choice from a previous visit so we were somewhat 'armed' with our ideas. Thumbs up to Terry at Leamington Spa branch, who dealt with us. We just hope that the bed, when it arrives, will live up to it's reputation!
