John was really helpful. Welcomed us, offered us a drink. Wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Offered great help. Used the Sleepmatch option. Narrowed it down to 3 mattresses. Tried them out. Thought we chose a good option and there was 20% off.

I had viseted Dreams 3 days previously, to purchase a child's mattress, I was served by Mike, he was very Friendly and helpful and after talking to him I decided to go back and buy a bed & mattress for myself and partner. Mike greeted us and remembered me and my little boy from a few days ago, he suggested sleep match and set us up on it, while we were relaxing on that, he kept my little boy entertained by giving him some colouring and was very good with him. He then showed us different mattresses and gave us nice comfy pillows to try with the mattresses. After we found a mattress we liked Mike offered us both drinks, I had a glass of water while we chose a bed frame. Mike was very helpful and very friendly, I was highly satisfied with my two visits to dreams and experienced fantastic customer service, would highly recommend! I am very confident that we have made the right purchase and can't wait for it to be delivered, in only a weeks time!
