Dreams - Leamington Spa

The Leamington shop was bright, clean and well laid out and there was a great choice of beds, mattresses and headboards. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry. He explained everything clearly, gave us ample time and opportunity to try different beds and there was no pressure. We were offered (and accepted!) a very welcome hot drink too. The whole visit was a pleasure - we felt we had made a very good choice.

Mike was very attentive and approached us within seconds of walking through the door. From start to finish he was focused on us as his customers and took his time firstly with the mattress simulator and then showing us the mattresses and choosing the bed frame. The added drinks were a lovely touch and even got our son paper and crayons to draw on.

David was very helpful and fully understood our needs, as we explained we needed a bed for our spare room.

We were highly satisfied with the assistant David who was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. I felt relaxed and not at all rushed. He used the machine as a guide for the type of mattress that would fit my requirements which was a useful tool. I tried a few suggested mattresses and chose one that felt extremely comfortable. We were offered refreshments.
