I went to ask advice and was given full information regarding the options of mattresses, their density variations, and was offered the option of trying a variety of different mattresses. While some were out of my price range, I was then given alternative, less expensive options, which perfectly fitted my limited budget. I had the full attention of the assistant at all times, in an efficient and courteous manner.

I was greeted and was offered a drink of tea by a very friendly member of staff (Terry). I tried some beds with a special pillow. I went on the sleep machine which was very informative.

Great customer service. Offered a coffee. Product knowledge and delivery times were known straight away. Assistance in using the technology to help us decide which mattress was best suitable. Rival shop next store-horrific. Lady in there just read the information on board by each mattress and didn’t seem to have knowledge about anything without reading!! Also very pushy without letting us browse first.

Mike and the team at the Leamington branch of Dreams were all fantastic staff, there was nothing that seemed to be too much trouble and they all ensured to explain the benefits of the services provided and how the delivery would all work. They even managed to change the delivery date of my order when i realized i would be working, they all showed the best example of customer service!
