Sales rep was very knowledgable and friendly, and very helpful despite me not knowing exactly what it was that I needed.

I thought ‘David ‘ was very efficient and the prompt service was very good and hopefully our problem is solved and we get a good nights sleep 💤

The in store order experience was great, and the assistant Terry was very attentive and knowledgeable. However the actual order reciept was not clear and resulted in me needing several clarifications by going instore and over the phone. There was a change in the order as the wrong Tempur mattress was on the order ( dream 25, should have been the firmer original elite 25 which we had tried). I also called to confirm that the unit included the massage unit as specified when ordering but not clear on the order to us. The phone assistant rang the store and confirmed that it was included in the Premium bed frame which was on the order. Overall very friendly and responsive team on the phone and instore.

It's nice to be consulted and prescribed a range of products so we can make our minds up without typical sales pressure you can get in many industries. He was very professional yet personable at the same time. He made the purchasing process as relaxing as sleeping on your mattress will be!
