The Sleep Match machine was a innovative way to identify which mattresses would suit. Fortunately, the one I had my eyes on before even coming to the store was one of those so confirmed my plan. Being provided with a good pillow to use for testing. Would love to have one of them! Greeted fairly quickly, by friendly staff member Terry.

Terry was very friendly, helped us understand the products and didn't pressure us to purchase, allowed us all the time we wanted to just explore at our leisure and understand what we wanted.

Amazing service from David at the Leamington store. He was very attentive and friendly and helped us get out perfect first bed and mattress together.

David provided excellent customer service, worked with my daughters and I to chose the best beds for us (we are going though a difficult time as a family, so I wanted my daughters to feel involved in the bed buying process to cheer them up a bit) - David was a credit to Dreams

David was a brilliant sales person. Not pushy at all and worked with only our needs in mind. We left feeling very looked after.
