It was easy to select a double bed by the very helpful Mike at the Leamington Spa store

John (Sales assistant) was very friendly, knowledgeable and spent plenty of time explaining the whole process and demonstrating products.

I was greeted at the store and advised to use the sleep match machine. Then I was taken to the beds suggested to try. I was also offered different pillows to see what if any difference they made. Though out the experience I was given helpful advice in a friendly but not pushy way. While the order was being prepared I was given a coffee. All in all a good experience if the mattress I ordered is as good as the service I received then I will be very happy.

Choice of products and salesmans knowledge.

As soon as we arrived we were attended to. Used the machine that assesses right type of mattress and then I was shown the most suitable beds and a selection of pillows. While I was given help I did not feel pressured which I found refreshing. Too much pressure and I tend not to proceed and place orders. So a good combination. I had a coffee while the order was being processed and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the mattress could be delivered. All in all it was a good experience even if more expensive than I expected. If the new mattress is as good as the service then I shall be very pleased.

We were left to browse the selection before being approached by an advisor. I don’t like to be pounced on upon entering a store! We were then offered the opportunity to try sleep match which was great & showed us exactly what we needed. Although we did end up purchasing the most expensive mattress, the advisor was not at all pushy with our decision. He was very knowledgeable & very helpful.

Lots of options. Checked our specific needs and hopefully we will get a good nights sleep on the new matress.

Your salesman was patient and personable. He kept the experience relaxed which allowed me time to go away and think about my big purchase before returning to make it. He made the difference.

Very good experience at Dreams. Terry and Mike were excellence throughout their customer service and I hope the bed I ordered turns out as expected.
