Dreams - Leamington Spa

This is the fourth bed I have bought in the last two years from dreams. The staff are always very helpful and give you as much time as you need to make your decision of what you wish to buy. They are never pushy trying to get you to make a quick decision. I like being offered a drink whilst I am placing my order or looking around and I find the atmosphere in the shop very pleasant.

I went to a competitive bed store to begin with and was taken aback by their attitude. When I went into Dreams, the members of staff were very welcoming, they were friendly and helpful. They gave me all the information I needed and answered my 'silly' questions and met by criteria which was a mattress to take away with now. Terry the gentleman I dealt with offered me a cup of tea, first I refused and then asked for one later and it wasn't too much trouble. They carried the mattress out to my van and wrapped it well to ensure it didnt get dirty on the way back.

Mike who assisted me was brilliant. He understood my needs then helped me to choose what’s better for me.

The dream colleague called David made the shopping experience very pleasant, he was very friendly and professional and was very understanding of my mother’s needs. He provided an excellent service.

The assistant was helpful, polite, met our needs and found us the product we were after. We were shopping with 2 small children which usually makes shopping frustrating but the staff made things easier by interacting and making our children involved and feel comfortable. I got to have a lie down which always helps.

Terry looked after us from start to finish and paid good attention to what we needed. He wasnt pushy and allowed us to make our own decisions in our own town. It was a genuinely pleasurable experience.
