Terry didn't have any problems with my lack of mobility and took this into account when advising on the best mattress. Couldn't have asked for better assistance.

We were very satisfied with the time and explanations of the product given to us by an extremely friendly, helpful and courteous member of staff.

We were greeted as we entered the store. One of the staff recognised us from a week ago whilst browsing and chatted. We were offered a drink which I accepted. My son was given a pillow to try the beds with. Staff were friendly and open without being pushy and too salesperson-like.

The young lad who worked in there, can straight over to me to ask what I was looking for and if he could help. He pointed me in the right direction of what I wanted. Every question I asked was answered straight away, no unnecessary information or pressure selling. He ordered my item promptly and was very polite and courteous. Couldn't have asked for better. 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff and wide range of products

The bloke in the store left us alone for abit,hate coming straight upto you,like to walk around 1st,then he put us on the bed with my mrs which tell you what sort bed suits me and my mrs,went around for 10mi trying different mattresses,then left me to discuss which 1 I wanted,I like how dint pressure us or bug us towards most expensive one and his knowledge was surprising,dint know was so much going into buying a mattress and different types lol and was able to use my army discount card saved £50 payed for the insurance l,plus delivery with 5 working days,told few army mates as well for the 10% off

My Girlfriend and I have just purchased a house and we were looking for a good mattress, base and head board. Terry and the team that looked after us were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process of finding the right bed for us. We visited the store 3 times to make sure we had made the right decision and Terry was extremely helpful on each occasion. Overall we were very satisfied

Terry, David and the team were great. Even to the extent of changing our delivery date at the last minute as we are moving house and are at the mercy of the bureaucratic legal process. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and the service we received was excellent.

It’s actually a return trip to buy a bed after spending a lot of time looking around about a year ago. Terry helped us last time and spent lots of time working out what would work best for us, focussing on our needs rather then trying to push the highest price ones. The kids were comfortable in the store as well which really helps as otherwise it can be awful trying to sort the children out and sort out our shopping.
