Extremely attentive sales assistant Terry at the Leamington Spa store. Great choice of quality beds, and only have to wait a week for delivery.

Very good, friendly service ad bot too 'sales' otherwise I would walk away! Terry took time out to understand our requirements and budget, then provided an overview of the available products which would meet our needs.

We had good service from Mike the assistant. The products were good prices and delivery was free. Excellent all round.

I was very lucky to walk into store while John (the manager of the Leamington Spa store) was on duty. He is probably by far the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of talking to in a customer service environment. His knowledge of the products and patience was second to none and i believe he is a massive asset to your company. I originally only came into store to look at a bed frame with an idea of spending around £500.00 John spent around 2 hours of his time with me and i ended up spending £2000 on a bed and a mattress! He was not at all pushy and at no point made me feel under pressure. His expertise and calm nature made me feel at ease and because of him Im now walking away with a wonderful product. Thank you John!

Really lovely sales person. I’d been in bensons beds just before and totally different experience. I couldn’t wait to get out of that store and delighted to walk into yours. The sales person was kind and understanding. NOT patronising like the the store!
