Friendly, patient, knowledgable staff (David at Leamington Dreams).

Great service. Lay on the dream bed. Asked me alot of questions about what beds I like. Tried a few and got the bed thsts best for me.

Went in with my son for a new mattress and came out with one.

I knew what I wanted and I had a few question and the young man how helped was very helpful in answering and showing me the products

The assistant gave us his full attention, he was very knowledgable and helpful. We were offered a drink within a few minutes of entering the store. We were also assessed using the computerised bed/ screen to match our needs perfectly. The assistant haves is pillows to match our needs which we used on all the beds we tried.

I wasn't sure what type of headboard I wanted although I knew which colour I was after. There were a few to choose from and I was told about the headboard which goes down to the floor is recommended as it would not move about.
