The Sales Assistant (David) was friendly, approachable, knowledgable, without putting me under any pressure to make a purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he had great patience in answering my questions, and showing me different types of beds. He is an asset to the company!

We were left to browse the store unprovoked by unwanted staff assistance, however the guy who dealt with us (when we wanted him to) was very helpful and attentive.

Excellent product knowledge of the staff combined with the right level of interaction with the customer .We were allowed time on our own without undue pressure from sales staff who were courteous and very welcoming.
