David who served us, quickly gaged what we wanted and we left with exactly what we felt was right for us.

Young men were very helpful and informative without being pushy and coffee very welcoming. They recognised exactly what I wanted within my limited budget and their advice was just what I had found online in every way. Delivery date was very convenient to me also. (You almost feel they are making the bed and delivering it to you personally!). Thank you Dave and Bossman 🙂

From the moment I was greeted on entering the store - by your manager John, to the patient way everything was presented was a superb customer experience. I was invited to test the ‘sleep motion’ machine to select the best mattress for me, offered tea/coffee and then taken around a range of mattresses to find the most comfortable. I was in a position to purchase 3 beds and a mattress and took up the 20% off promotion you were running. In addition the option of 8-year cover for the effective price of a mattress protector was also good advice and gratefully accepted. I’d like to register my Thanks to John at your store for the customer experience - we spoke about music, our children - much more than just memory foam and springs!!

Your colleague was really helpful but didn’t do a hard sell. We came to store knowing what we wanted after looking online, so we really popped in to try what we thought we wanted. In fact, the colleague was able to help us as the products we thought we wanted weren’t right, but we found something else. He was very friendly & not pushy. On the same visit I went next door to Bensons for Beds and the hard sell they tried to give me put me off, like a second hand car salesman and I was glad your colleague didn’t behave like this.

When we entered the store we were approached by Terry who asked us about our needs and what we were looking for. He set us up on the bed tester to determine what firmness we required and then took us around the various beds they recommended. Following that we decided to go away and think about the choices, we came back about an hour later and we were assisted by David as Terry was with another customer. David placed our order and assisted with any questions we had. Both advisors offered us tea, coffee and water throughout the visit to store
