Excellent service.

Was greeted very well by the staff and they were very happy to help, offered the chance to try the sleep match which helped us loads and had a pillow to use when trying out the beds. Lovely cuppa from David and smooth purchase with the help from Terry.

Terry was very helpful and not too pushy. The sales experience was very relaxed and informative.

Well informed salesman, didn't rush us, did a good job in helping us choose our matress.

I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted and left after a great experience and ordering a new mattress and bed frame. An assistant was available to show me the items I had already seen online, and then took me through the mattress test which was speedy and useful. The assistant (Terry, Leamington Spa) was aware of the small amount of time I had and was friendly, informative and put the order through quickly. He also understood my budget and worked to find the best purchase for me within that budget. I was also pleased that the delivery options were much better in store than I had seen online; I was expecting to wait 8 weeks for delivery online and in the store I chose the exact slot I wanted for 3 weeks time. I am overall extremely pleased that I came into the store and made an order rather than online.

It’s members of staff at the leamington Spa branch were fabulous in terms of helping us to decide on the correct mattress, all whilst entertaining our 2 young girls (who were a handful that day) and ensuring we had a cup of coffee. Really lovely.

I had friendly, helpful service. They understood what I needed and showed me the choice. My order was taken quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner and it was very pleasant to do business with the staff. I left the shop feeling confident and satisfied that I had just what I was looking for.

The service I received and the advise I was given by Terry and Dave were first class.

Mainly due to the 2 lovely gentlemen that served me at the Leamington Spa store on Tuesday 2nd September at approx 5pm. Some of the most welcoming, genuine, enjoyable customer service I have ever received. Very high praise for them. The actual product didn’t seem much different to any other I’ve seen, however their service and the quick time scales available made me choose this purchase
