Terry the assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. He wasn’t to intrusive, he welcomed us and offered help but let us do our own thing before we later asked for his assistance. Good ambassador for dreams

I arrived at Dreams just before 5:30, I was attended by Mike and he was extremely helpful in showing me the different mattress suggested by the sleep match machine and ones I had seen on the Dreams website. During our visit he offered us drinks and a cloud pillow to use to test out the mattresses. I picked my mattress and we proceeded to go through the payment and delivery information when he suggested I should buy a mattress protector to make the most of my mattress, at this point the store was empty so Terry also joined in to help, they also offered me an 8 year guarantee for the mattress. Furthermore as I am a student they showed me that if I had Student Beans I was able to get up to 10% discount on my purchase! Mike and Terry were amazing, definitely staying longer than they should have to help! Once my mattress arrives I will definitely be returning to buy the cloud pillow from the Leamington Spa store!

We visited the store 1/2 hour before closing . Bensons for beds next door completely ignored us . Terry and the team at dreams welcomed us straight away and encouraged us to try the sleep machine after we were greeted . We were offered a drink several times and were given pillows to try along with 6/7 mattresses. To be honest we were going to try some mattresses and were going to order one one line for a saving as we are expecting our first baby but we were so impressed by the service and were made to feel valued by terry that we brought a new mattress on interest free credit . Terry stayed with us till about 6.45 pm , long after the store had closed to help us to complete the sale . At no point we’re we made to feel unwelcome or was the sale rushed because terry wanted to go home . Thoroughly impressed and we will return when our spare bed mattress needs replacing and when we need to purchase a toddler bed . Validation code is 111 if you need this

I called the 0800 sales line, and apparently the lines were busy, so I was redirected to the Leamington Spa shop, and my order was handled over the phone there. I had already searched online and knew what I wanted, so the questions about service are largely irrelevant. However, I was served by Terry, who was helpful, and put my order through efficiently. He did explain that the call had been diverted, so I was not concerned by the fact that a shop out of my area (I live in East Sussex) dealt with my order, or appeared on the order confirmation. He was thorough, friendly, and explained everything very well. I have already had a text confirming the delivery date I had been given, so I now just have to wait for the goods to be delivered as arranged.

Mike the sales guy was really good, he listened to what we wanted, gave good advice and generally gave an excellent customer experience. We also liked the scanning of our profiles on the bed and this was used as a guide to what mattresses we should look at. Really good buying experience.

Having been to another retailer previously in an attempt to buy a mattress, I found Terry at Dreams to be helpful, knowledgeable, he was not pushy, he listened to my requirements and understood my budget. The sleep easy machine was also a great experience. I await the delivery of the mattress and hope to be just as satisfied but enjoy the option of the 40 night guarantee should it not be up to standard.

Our advisor David was exemplary. He was very, kind, considerate and understanding. He even tried to keep our 3 year old entertained - not an easy task. David wasn't pushy or over 'salesy' and made the purchase experience very pleasant. He is a credit to the company.

we arrived looking for a bed for my teenage daughter. we had done some research in advance. Mike and Terry were extremely helpful showing us a range of beds and mattresses and explaining the difference very clearly. They made sure that Maddie had a say in the ultimate choice. The entire purchase took about thirty minutes and they were friendly and helpful throughout. they even offered us some chilled water as it was such a hot day. as a result I bought two mattress protectors and will probably go back for pillows. great experience with two teenagers on a boiling hot day. I was dreading this trip but it turned out to be a dream!
