Offered a drink on arrival. Used the mattress machine to determine what type of mattress I needed, very informative and helpful staff. Provided with a pillow to take and try on various beds. Allowed time for me to make an informed choice with all the information they were giving me, patient not pushy but always around with help if needed. Ordering process was quick and delivery day selected to suit me.
