We was very happy with the service and help we were given we was not rushed and free to try out the beds

Very helpful sales assistant who took us through the various options such as firmness of the mattresses,the location of underbed drawers, choice of colours and finish Good interpersonal skills which encouraged us to purchase, supportive but not pushy.

Great service we were just looking around and we left with our perfect matress

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the young man who served me (David) was extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted and then found the perfect bed for me! The sales assistant who helped me was really helpful, I was with my Mum choosing a bed - she's 91. He was extremely patient and as we tried various beds and retried until she was happy with the one that we finally purchased. This was Dreams in Leamington Spa.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They asked questions about our needs and showed us the relevant items providing useful information. They offed tea/coffee/ water while looking around and while waiting for the paper work. The store was cleaned, with a good range of products.
