I was highly satisfied as I was greeted and acknowledged soon as I walked through into the shop. I was also offered a drink whilst I waiting to be dealt with.

Terry was very friendly and observant with plenty of experience to explain to us what we required. As soon as he knew our budget he adjusted the bed selection to fit our finances. He also offered hot drinks which were duly drank. Providing us a pillow which replicated our pillows at home really helped in the chosing process. And a bonus was that you did sofa beds as well, and exactly the one we had been looking at in other shops but a much better quality, which we purchased to within the budget we had for buying one.

The sales assistant was kind & very helpful & understood our needs for a good mattress. My partner & I was even offered a cuppa! 😉 I am 100% overjoyed with my new mattress, which will be delivered next week & I cant wait. I highly recommend Dreams. Definitely go there in the future. Many thanks again to the sales assistant.

Myself and my partner was served by a sales assistant called David. On arriving he was very friendly and polite. He quickly navigated us around and left us to have a look by ourselves. He then approached us and kindly advised we use the new machine which measures how we sleep and provides the best mattress. He then guided us through every mattress on the list and provide us with the knowledge of each one. Myself and my partner where highly satisfied with the friendly and professional service we received from David and happy to feedback.

Terry was very knowledgeable and took no time understanding what we wanted, he explained the products, difference in price and quality and additionally provided entertainment and biscuits to my young daughter, as well as showing her beds that she could choose next year when we upgrade her cot bed.
