Friendly, helpful staff, Item was in stock and not too long to wait until delivery

We used the machine to find the right mattress for us. Staff were exceptionally helpful and not pushy in their approach. The staff were clearly experienced, knew about the products and could answer our questions. There were plenty of mattresses available for us to try and we didn't feel pressured or rushed

The sales adviser was extremely professional. The mattress scanner is a good quirky addition to your offer. A great range of mattresses and pillows to try in-store.

Sales man not pushy and explained the difference between types of mattress's with patience to my wife , very helpful and knows his stuff . And the coffee wasn't half bad either

Terry right from the start was fantastic from using the new sleep machine to helping us choose a new bed, his knowledge was great and there was no rushing or hard sell, it seemed important to him to make sure we went away with the right product

The assistant who dealt with us was very thorough and had a great deal of knowledge of the products. He listened to everything we had to say about the sort of product we were looking for and showed us a choice, we were happy with our experience at Dreams.

It was over all very interesting

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Mike was very helpful, taking time to listen to my requirements and explaining the advantages to each of the beds that I was taken to - the mattresses having been recommended by the computer simulator ( which was an experience in itself, all very clever! ). When I had decided on a purchase ( and Mike was happy to sit with me, discussing the pros and cons as I went back and forth, trying the two I was keen on ), Mike offered me a cup of tea or coffee, whilst we completed the paperwork. He then said to telephone the store and ask for him should I have any further queries. Altogether, it was a fun experience!

Terry was very warm and friendly and had a great sense of humour. I didn’t feel attacked or pressured like some of the other bed stores we’d visited that day. The sleepmatch was helpful and Terry was able to show us the recommended mattresses which was much easier than wondering round alone trying random ones!
