Perfect shopping experience, staff made themselves known but were not pushy or intimidating.

All very easy thanks to the sales person.

The whole team made us feel special and devoted a lot of time to explaining various aspects of the mattresses that we were thinking about. At no time were we pressurised but neither were we abandoned, they got it just right. A good range of products. We hadn't intended to buy anything. We were just making an initial research visit but bought everything we wanted- unheard of for us!

Only went into store to browse but ended up buying because of service.

Really attentive staff, they were able to direct me to what I needed straight away and were eager to help. I normally dread buying a big item such as a bed but this was an enjoyable experience.

We were able to look round without being pestered, then when we needed assistance they came to our aid ,they were very polite and knowledgeable and helpful about what we wanted ,very friendly atmosphere and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted .we will definitely go back to this store again . John has been very professional and helpful. He guided us through different types of mattress and provided many useful advices on furnitures. We will definitely come back for more other stuffs in next a few weeks for our new home.
