I’m 81 years and buying a new bed after 20 years seemed very daunting. David at the Leamington spa store, found me a chair as I have a fractured lower lumbar vertebrae, to sit on while he talked me through the different types of beds. He showed me all the appropriate beds for my needs got extra pillows and made me and my daughter a coffee, we spent over an hour with the young man. He did not rush me and helped me make the right decisions for my needs. He was patient, caring and his product knowledge was excellent. A great asset to your team. Well done.

Went to the Solihull branch and were greeted by TK. He ran through the Sleepmatch analysis with us and took us through each of the recommendations in turn. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. We then went to our local branch (Leamington Spa) the following day to place our order. Terry was very helpful and was happy to spend time with us whilst we were making our decision.

There was a really good selection. The sales person was really helpful, he listened to my problems about my current mattress and showed me a variety of mattresses that answered my queries, I wasn't rushed nor did I feel pressurised in my decision making

We were served by David who was excellent and a credit to your company. We were given a minute to wander then approached and offered a hot drink. We received his undivided attention and his product knowledge was excellent and his recommendations were tailored to our needs. We were accompanied by our very active 3 year old who David engaged with too to the extent that once he completed some of the free colouring our son wanted to give him the completed pictures. Whilst we tested the mattresses David played with our son and kept him amused. I would highly recommend your Leamington Spa store and David is a credit to your company for which he deserves recognition.

David was so helpful also offered a hot drink. Nothing was any trouble he went out of his way to help us . David was a lovely person I highly recommend dreams I'll be shopping there again and will recommend to family and friends

Terry greeted me in a very friendly and professional manner and made feel very at home and not pressured in any way at all. He enquired what my requirements were and promptly showed me the best fit products all around the store, upstairs and downstairs, even revisiting certain products when I was a little indecisive and couldn't make my mind up. Terry was polite and courteous throughout and nothing was too much trouble, he made me feel valued and went through every detail of the product measurements ensuring my choice would fit perfectly into my space at home. It was overall an enjoyable experience to be treated in such a friendly and welcoming manner.
