Both members of staff in the store greeted us and we were offered a drink. They asked if we needed help, and let us have a look round the store at our own pace, and then helped us once we approached them and had a slightly better idea of what we were looking for. The staff recommended several products for us to try that we wouldn't necessarily have looked at ourselves and ended up purchasing which was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable about stock, good at explaining, and listened to our wants and needs.

I was highly satisfied with every aspect of this store and its staff, especially my main man Terry who, when he saw me sampling the mattresses in the store, was quick to come over and help a brother out. Saitisfaction also came swiftly with the cleanliness and layout of the store. Both of which lived up to my high expectations which if you knew me, would know is a difficult thing to pull off let me tell you. So it was because of this, that i was able to find exactly what i was looking for with no problems at all and as a reult, purchased a lovely new bed with which i can have the beauty sleep i do so deserve.

We were not sure quite what we wanted but we were treated carefully and once we had decided we were given other alternatives re colur and Slatts etc .

Could not fault the service I received from Terry and his team.

Got the product we wanted at a reasonable price and delivery date exactly when we wanted.

Mike, the salesman at Leamington was very helpful and very friendly We were offered a drink , which was a lovely touch. He explained everything very clearly and made the whole process very easy

Terry my assistant was extremely attentive as I have MS he showed me which mattress and bed would be best for me

Very easy and happy visit

We were looked after - Terry listened to our needs and then recommended based on our needs. He offered us tea/coffee. We tried quite a few matrasses and he also offered to try pillows.
