The shop assistant was friendly and appeared to have a vast knowledge of the products available

John was very helpful and understood my husbands concerns and issues with mattresses to help try and find one that he would like. he certainly knew his stuff and given number of mattresses knew exactly what he was doing much appreciated. ability to negotiate was a disappointment and free pillows I didn't need would have more greatly received as a £20 off

Friendly staff that didn't jump on you as soon as you stepped through the door. Have a lovely cup of tea made and time to decide without any pressure. Relaxing atmosphere so 10/10 to the store manager John who served us and has a great showroom running

We were served by Mike and he was great . He took his time and was patient with us as we had our 4 year old son with us. He made a fuss of him yet still got the information across that we needed

Staff were helpful and had a good knowledge of the products. There was no attempt to "hard sell". The atmosphere in store and facilities offered were condusive to closing a sale acceptable to all parties

Terry was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process - very nice gent and knew his stuff!

Both David and John were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortbale-which is key when trying out mattresses! Their knowledge was good and they showed me a number of options within the parameters of my requirements.

Terry took the time to understand our needs and show us various options. We had already been to a number of other stores and had narrowed down what we wanted. Terry was able to quickly show us suitable items in store and demonstrated an excellent balance between guiding us towards suitable products and then leaving us to discuss privately how we felt about the products before coming back to check on how we were doing. We were given the most appropriate pillows for our needs and he was able to quickly deduce which type of mattress would suit us the best. We were given a drink and the payment and ordering process was straightforward and friendly. We were purchasing an Ottoman bed and the quality of the product we settled on was by far the best of the ones we had seen in all the stores we had visited. Even though it was half past three on New Year's Day, Terry's manner was relaxed and friendly without a trace of pushy salesman. We truly felt that he had our best interests at heart as he talked knowledgeably about both the pluses and minuses of each product and how it may or may not meet the needs we had expressed. I would highly recommend both Terry and his team.
