Found it difficult to choose a mattress but with the help of John, who was very knowledgeable, we managed to choose one which was suitable for my husband and myself. He made many sensible suggestions and of course we were allowed to try the mattresses and he left us alone to discuss our options.

We were left to try out the mattresses without pressure from sales staff, but they were on hand had we needed assistance. Hence, this is why a purchase was made.

The Sales colleague Terry was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with good advice and made a suggestion other than the item we were originally going to purchase, which actually worked out better and more suitable to our needs.

Salesperson listened to our needs, didn’t try selling us something that we didn’t want. Advised without being pushy on which type of matress we wanted. Picked up on our comment that the mattress is deeper than our current ones and told us about the fitted sheets for deeper mattresses. More knowledge on thread count would have been good had we not known about that - your salesperson does now!

Terry and the team were very knowledgable about the products in store and very helpful. They even offered to make us a coffee or tea if we wanted one.

Without the knowledgeable assistance provided by the two guys in the store (John and Mike) it would have been virtually impossible for us to have made an informed decision. We cannot thank these guys enough!

Found all staff to be helpful and friendly

The young man who came to my assistance was friendly, polite and seemed to know his products very well.

David the guy who served me was great. Offered me a drink and helped me process my order with ease

Terry acknowledged us immediately and helped us out with all our needs and recommended products based on what we needed. He offered us a drink and was efficient with processing our order.
