We have really struggled to find a mattress and pillows that we both like and are comfortable with. Terry really listened to us and gave us options that fitted our requirements, giving us choices that were really relevant helped us come to a decision and even though we paid a bit more than we originally anticipated we believe it was well worth it and are highly satisfied with our decision and the help we received to get there

The staff were brilliant, very attentive but gave us space while we tried the different beds and discussed things. The guys were knowledgeable and so kind, offering us tea and coffee, even trying to entertain our one year old! Would highly recommend!

The experience was warm friendly welcome, very helpful, very polite which is why we returned after visiting bensons for beds and purchased this good quality mattress and an extra bonus purchasing pillows.

I always buy my beds from Dreams as there is a variety to choose from and the salesman has always been very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I went to the store having done some online review on your site. When in store the salesperson Terry, knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me complete information on the mattress I chose. Very polite and knowledgeable. I was offered tea and coffee and a welcome seat. Generally I thought the whole store was well laid out, clean and tidy.

staff terry and john were both extremely helpful, we visited the shop twice to do comparisons both times they were attentive without being overso and we were asked if we would like refreshments on both ocassions. All in all an excellent service.
