Mike was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we entered the store. The choices available to us were explained in good detail and he showed a credible product knowledge. We did not feel pressurised into making any buying decisions immediately, and were given adequate time to discuss our options. The store manager, was also on hand to help us and we found the team to be motivated and highly skilled. We would definitely return to this store again.

The lady that served me was very very helpful. Even when we returned after checking a competitor she was on her break a friendly customer assistant called mike began her order and was very helpful. When she returned she seamlessly took over and was very very helpful.

Mike was extremely helpful, I called in on my lunch break to look for 2 mattresses in particular that I had found online. Unfortunately one was online only, so Mike showed me a similar alternative, and understood my needs - given the bed was only for the spare room and to be used occasionally the price was important to me.Mike then made the sale very easy and simple and did not make me feel obliged to buy there and then which often puts you off - I went through with the sale in the shop and walked out a happy and satisfied customer with 2 complimentary pillows - it's the little things like this which make for a good review and experience :)

John the store manager was extremely patient and helpful. His product knowledge was exceptional and he understood the differences between the mattress types. We went in the store to buy a mattress and ended up buying a new bed.
