David took time to understand our requirements, likes, dislikes, etc, gave us a good guide to the range of mattress types available and then made some very sensible recommendations of particular products for us to try out based upon his experience rather than sales value.

David was very helpful upon my visit to your Leamington Spa store. This was my first time buying my own bed and I wasn't sure what mattress was correct and what I was really looking for. David gave me a pillow to allow me to try the mattress and bed to see if I liked it before making any final decisions. He wasn't pushy at all he let me take my time in making my decision. He talked me through the making of the bed I was interested in and to storage and fine details. When I had made my decision to purchase a bed with yourselves David was again fantastic with support and advice. I even got a matching bedside table to go with my bed which I wasn't looking to buy but David never once made me feel like I had to buy anything, I felt at ease and comfort and not at all pressured into buying which in some stores you usually are made to feel like that and get fed up and leave the store with out buying anything. I will be recommending my family and friends to visit your Leamington store and David. I left really happy and over the moon with my new bed which I cant wait to arrive!! Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful when I had to make an amendment too.

A member of staff (Mike) came to see us very quickly when we entered the store and took some time explaining to us the different sort of mattresses available. He then left us to take a look around the store and regularly came back to see if we needed anything, including tea or coffee! Once we'd chosen our mattress, the order process was very swift. The mattress we have received is fantastic, the delivery was prompt and the delivery staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Sammy and Mike were extremely helpful and were more than accommodating when they stayed past closing time to complete the order and ensure we were happy with our final purchase. From top to bottom the service we were given was excellent, great product knowledge, willing to demonstrate the products and friendly at all times.
