We visited the Leamington store twice . The first occasion was our first stop on our search for a new bed . We decided after that visit we didn’t need to waste time looking anywhere else . John was the name of our assistant on that occasion. His manner ,knowledge and professional advice was first class . NO SALES PRESSURE . Our second visit was to check our decision and place our order . On this occasion we were assisted by Sammy.She was helpful and very efficient . On both occasions we were offered tea or coffee . Highly satisfied we are , and thank John and Sammy for their help.

We needed a new bed, we had bought the last one from dreams 8 years ago, we went to the Leamington spa branch where the young man was very helpful. He certainly new his stuff about beds, there was no pressure to buy and he agreed that our choice of bed base and mattress was a good one, I have to say it was mid range price wise. We also bought new pillows and took out the insurance for only £65 which gave us a free mattress protector worth £30.00. Delivery time was excellent, just over a week, it should be with us in 6 days time, and they are taking away our old base and mattress for a very small fee. I wish I could remeber the young mans name as he deserves a mention for his professional approach to the sales process.
