Good advisor and not pushy

I didn’t feel any pressure to buy a mattress from the store after the member of staff assisted me. The member of staff was welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. I felt I was given good advice including use of the mattress match machine. I was given a full range of mattresses at different prices to try. I was highly satisfied with my overall experience at the store & was able to decide on a purchase.

When we walked in to the store we were welcomed by a lady who was very friendly and had a warm smile. Her product knowledge was very high and helped us to decide exactly which bed was suited for us.

I was early for my appointment but it didn’t matter, the chap who looked after me was very thorough, explained the differences between all the beds in the range I wanted.I am really pleased with what I have chosen.

The salesman was brilliant. Knowledgeable and friendly and not too pushy.

The sale rep knew what he was talking about and helped with all our needs.

The member of staff who assisted me was so helpful. He approached me as soon as I entered the store, helped get the sleep machine set up and then helped me pick an appropriate mattress. His product knowledge was fantastic.
