Very pleasant experience overall. Staff were very good at answering all questions, friendly and very outgoing attitude which made the whole experience a pleasure and will definitely be back next time I require another bed or mattress👍

Instant service, knowledgeable staff member with a sense of humour. Good selection of beds to try out. Lorraine listened to us and directed us well.

The staff greeted us immediately upon entering the store but allowed us to move round the store in our own time, checking up on us and ensuring they answered any questions we had.

Felt welcomed as soon as I came in to the store (Livingston branch) by John. He greeted us and then gave us time to have a look before coming over and asking for my thoughts. He then used the sleep match machine to find a mattress for my needs and then gave me a choice to choose between. Made a decision and he helped schedule a delivery time to suit me.

The salesman who dealt with us was friendly. extremely knowledgeable about the product we wanted, and was prepared to give us all the help and time we required without making us feel pressured. My wife is physically disabled and he went the extra mile to ensure what she needed was what she got. He made her feel valued and always included her in any discussion we were having so he knew what her requirements were. I would have no problem recommending him to friends or family and would certainly return to the Livingston branch to deal with him in the future, A credit and ambassador for your company. You should be proud to have him in your employ.

On arrival to the Livingston store close to closing time (10 mins) we spoke to John. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and humorous. We had planned to have a quick look around to get an idea of the bed we would purchase at some point soon. It was a master class in customer service by John who asked the right questions, wasn’t pushy and guided myself and partner through the process of purchasing the right mattress when I returned on the next available day. The bed testing machine was very clever and with John's humours but professional approach a great fun experience. Having spent a lot of time going to other bed businesses both myself and partner came away delighted with the experience and knowing I would return at the weekend to make the purchase (I got the thumbs up from my partner to comeback to buy basically lol). When I returned John was busy with another customer, but Lorraine was on hand to help. Again, a lovely friendly professional that was happy to help. Very knowledgeable and reminded me of additional items that I (my partner and I) may need. Really great experience. Thank you for everything. I will highly recommend. John and Jen
