I had looked at your products on line and found the range available confusing. Your staff member very patiently guided me through the options available. I did not feel pressured in any way and felt I was able to make an informed choice. It was good to have access to such a wide range of beds to choose from.

We had visited previously so knew what we wanted, so we were dealt with as soon as we entered the shop. The salesperson John was extremely friendly and very helpful. There was a problem with our delivery date, the one we were given by John was changed via a text the next day I called the shop but they could find no reason for this, so they advised I speak to customer services again they had no reason but a date was set to my satisfaction so I am happy with that.

The assistant was very helpful. There are so many products to choose from but with her help it was very easy to pick the right mattress for us

The sales assistant Robyn greeted us on arrival with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Her product knowledge was second to none and she guided us through the whole process of choosing the best mattress for us, effortlessly. Tea and coffee were provided while we done the necessary sales paperwork and we left the store feeling very satisfied with the customer experience as a whole.
