robyn gave us first class service from beginning to the end was greeted at the door and asked if we wished a coffee told us to have a look round while making the coffee returned to us and went round shop showing and advising us letting us try all the mattresses etc

Robyn was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to get what I wanted with no fuss.

From the moment we walked through the showroom door the staff were warm and friendly without being pushy. The young salesgirl Robyn was an absolute delight, very bubbly with great enthusiasm. After getting the results from the dream machine she took time understanding our needs before showing us various options. She is an absolute credit to the Dreams Company.

Lorraine was brilliant

Lorraine the assistant who discussed our needs was excellent, showed us a number of bases plus a number of suitable mattress, asked us to try out the silent night correct mattress machine which we found excellent, discussed a wide range of products and a price range with options on how to pay, delivery, pillows etc. We had a chance to discuss it over night and went back to the Livingston store today Sunday 15th September to confirm our order with her.
