Lorraine was very helpful and knew her products. I was put on sleepmatch and given cool tempur pillows. Offered a drink. She was an asset to dreams not pushy and was caring.

It was a quick and efficient service. The beds on display were easily set up so we knew exactly what product we were looking for and where to find it . We were given enough time to browse the products without feeling pressured by sales assistants.

The service and attention received was very good. We felt we were not rushed or forced into a purchase and we were left to make our own decisions. Very happy with service.

Sales assistant Robyn was very helpful and friendly. Had a good understanding of the products available and was able to assess our requirements and advise us appropriately. Store was clean and tidy. Easy to see product and try out.

Assistant was very helpful and explained the option to test out the correct mattress via the sleepmatch. Thought this was a really good way to help select the best options for our own sleep requirements

Robyn was incredibly helpful and friendly during our visit with our toddler. She was patient and came across as very knowledgeable, especially when discussing the digital sleep analyser. There were technical issues with the IT systems, none of which were Robyn's fault, which slowed down our transaction. Robyn, however, was able to resolve this quicky.

Came to store looking for new bed as current was causing back problems Robyn was very helpful and took the time to get everything right even though store was busy.
